Enterprises with many branches can now share an HQ-authored setup with all of them — no more rebuilding automations, email templates, text templates, and smart lists by hand for every new branch.
Features
- Designate an enterprise packet. A team owner or admin on the enterprise’s corporate (HQ) team can mark one of its library collections as the enterprise packet. Items in the packet stay private to the wider library, but every branch under the same enterprise can read and copy them.
- New branches start pre-loaded. Creating a branch installs the packet automatically in the background (with an option to skip it at creation time). Custom fields and stages the automations depend on are created in the branch as part of the copy.
- Backfill existing branches. Enterprise admins can install the packet into any existing branch from the branches list, and branch admins can install it themselves from the library.
- Safe to re-run. Installing the packet again updates the previously installed records instead of duplicating them, and HQ edits never silently change a branch’s running setup — nothing propagates until someone re-installs.
