Sure Send Connect pulls listings from hundreds of MLSes, but not every one is
live yet. Until now, an agent whose MLS wasn’t in the list hit a dead end: the
search came back empty and there was nowhere to say “mine’s missing”.
What’s New
There’s now a “My MLS isn’t listed” option in both places you pick an MLS:
- On the public MLS coverage page, under the search results (and in the
no-results state, where it pre-fills whatever you just searched for). It asks
for your name, email and which MLS(es) you need. - In the Connect setup wizard’s MLS Feeds step, where you’re already signed
in, so it only asks which MLS(es) you need.
You can name more than one — separate them with commas.
If you’d rather just tell us — on a call, by email, or at an event — our support
team can add you to the same waitlist by hand. You get the same email when your
MLS goes live either way, and asking twice never puts you on the list twice.
When Your MLS Goes Live
We check outstanding requests against the live feed catalog every day. As soon
as an MLS you asked for is available, you get an email letting you know. You
only ever get that email once per MLS you requested, and only if it wasn’t
already available when you asked.
Why It Matters
Beyond not losing your request in someone’s inbox, this tells us which MLSes
people are actually waiting on — so we can prioritise the ones with real demand
behind them rather than guessing.
