When you started a group text from a contact record (yourself, another teammate, and a contact), the thread reached everyone else but never showed up in your own Messaging Inbox — even though you sent it. You’d have to find the messages another way to follow up.
Group threads on your own texting number now surface in your Messaging Inbox the same way one-on-one conversations do, so you can see and reply to every group text you’re part of without leaving the inbox.
